These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bhakti website https://bhakti.shronix.in and the Bhakti — Bhajan Sangrah Android application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides Hindi and Marwari bhajan lyrics, video and audio, devotional stories and quotes, festival greetings, Panchang, and Vedic astrology tools (Janm Kundli, Kundli Milan, Prashna). Most content is free to use.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You may browse without an account. Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

3. User-submitted content

You may submit bhajans, images, notes and lists ("User Content"). You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

• You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, format and share it within the Service.
• All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may edit, reject or remove any content at our discretion, especially if it breaks our Content Policy.
• Do not submit copyrighted material you do not own the rights to, or content that is unlawful, hateful, obscene, misleading or spam.

4. Astrology / Kundli disclaimer

The Janm Kundli, Kundli Milan, Prashna, Panchang and Rashifal features are provided for informational, cultural and entertainment purposes only. They are based on traditional Vedic calculations and are not a substitute for professional advice (financial, medical, legal, psychological or otherwise). Any decision you make based on this information is your own responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to hack, disrupt or overload it; scraping or copying content in bulk; uploading malware; violating any law; or infringing others' rights.

6. Intellectual property

Bhajan lyrics are largely traditional devotional works. Videos are embedded from / opened on YouTube and remain the property of their respective owners. The Bhakti name, design and software are ours. You may share links and content for personal, non-commercial devotional use.

7. Advertisements & third-party links

The Service may show advertisements and links to third-party websites and services (including YouTube and Google). We are not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that content is always accurate, complete, or uninterrupted. Bhajan lyrics may vary between regions and singers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhakti and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with details and we will review and remove infringing material promptly.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
